I like being that connected to life.

Anita,
When I got to school this morning, I couldn't believe how many worms were in our parking lot. Some outstretched seven or eight inches. I heard once that people have died because their breaks have been too slick after going through a giant swarm of bugs. I wondered this morning if these giants could cause me the same fate. I maneuvered as best I could around those guys just in case.

Becky,
I'm happy to share with you since you've been so eager to share with us.

Casey,
I'll have you know my intentions were very noble. I even wondered if I did enough. It wasn't until I saw the worms at school that I even had the evil thought of using them as bait. But I'm sure I'll just stick with a lure, because it'll hurt me to mistreat my new friends.Kateeniehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00183993144344591208noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3928758192341912569.post-51132043985528037222010-04-13T20:08:58.279-06:002010-04-13T20:08:58.279-06:00Katie, your worm rescue seemed noble to me. Then I read the part about you saying you'd leave them there to get nice and fat till you could dig them up again for bait. Now it just seems evil.Caseyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14573859690254915274noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3928758192341912569.post-31797037313743945892010-04-13T20:06:47.910-06:002010-04-13T20:06:47.910-06:00Holy wow. The hubs and I laughed from our perch on the front porch (the school is only three houses down the street) as we watch him do his little, "6 year old run" for a few steps, stop, pitch over, toss a worm into the grass, run, stop, pitch over, toss a worm into the grass, repeat... it was great!the Lola Lettershttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11717397768716885420noreply@blogger.com
